Furniture Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy specifically for furniture from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return any furniture item, please notify us within 14 days of purchase using the 'contact us' page.

Please ensure that your order reference number is clearly indicated on the accompanying paperwork with the returned goods to facilitate efficient processing of your return. We highly advise using a recorded delivery method and securely packaging and insuring the goods, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Conditions for Return:

Goods must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.

Items received on a pallet must be returned on a pallet.

The cost of return delivery and a restocking charge of 25% of the order value will apply.

Missing or Damaged Orders:

We take meticulous care to ensure that all goods you receive are accurate and free from damage. In the rare instance of receiving incorrect or damaged goods or missing items as indicated on the delivery note, kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery using the 'contact us' page. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe releases us from liability for any loss of earnings or other associated costs resulting from damaged or incorrect products or missing items in the deliveries.

Upon receiving your notification, we will promptly initiate an investigation and communicate the subsequent steps to you. If the return of items is necessary, we will reimburse the cost of delivery; however, please be aware that photos will be requested for damaged items.

Warranty Products:

If a defect arises within the manufacturer's warranty period, exchange, or refund, including the original delivery charge if applicable, once the manufacturing fault is verified, all non-Aura items are supplied with supplier warranties. We will liaise with the supplier to work out a warranty outcome.

In instances where the fault or its cause is not immediately evident, we retain the right to send the item for testing. Typically, this evaluation will be conducted by the manufacturer, and their response is necessary before any further actions can be pursued. We will keep you informed of the results and present available options. If no manufacturing fault is identified, the item will be returned to you at your expense, typically at our standard delivery charge.
